With over twenty years of experience in landscaping and design, Dontez is ​committed to empowering youth and the community. For the last ten years, he has ​been involved in organizing giveaways, back-to-school drives, holiday toy ​distributions, and now focuses on sharing his expertise with young individuals to ​enhance the aesthetics of their surroundings. Dontez is dedicated to mentoring ​youth to make positive life decisions and offering them alternatives to street life. ​Demonstrating good citizenship is crucial not only for adults but also for ​adolescents. The foundation serves as a platform to provide a brighter outlook on ​life for young people who may not otherwise have such opportunities.

His goal is to inspire a love for plants, flowers, and trees among young individuals, ​hoping to ignite an interest in the field of horticulture. Teaching essential life ​lessons alongside valuable skills and business techniques is important all while ​cleaning up the community.

The time comes in every mans life where elevation is necessary. Today I realize that as ​much as I’ve done in the community with making it rain, giving away shoes, paying rent ​for single mothers....all of that is great but the biggest impact I can have is pouring ​back into our youth in the form of education. My focus is shifting.. the way I speak and ​my conversation is evolving- why because I realize that the youth need more examples ​of greatness rather than just people around them that TALK about rappers and internet ​models. To know the way and not teach out youth is a waste of talent and blessing and ​I refuse to let my gifts and talents go to waste.

I’m not trying to be a role model, or to be a father to the youth.. more like the O’G that ​show them there’s a better way. One thats attainable with or without formal education, ​you know... SUCCESS through hard work, dedication and applying oneself to a goal and ​exceeding the goal. Yall hear me talk about money a lot, its not because I’m bragging or ​boasting its because I want to inspire people to do better. Seeing that better is within ​arms reach should make you want to get up each day looking for a way to break ​through the glass ceilings that keep you from reaching your dreams.

Im done talking. Its time for my actions to start speaking louder than any post Ive ever ​made. From here on out, its about the youth and our community.
